You’re busy. We get it.

As close as you might feel with your clients, don’t tell them how busy you are.

It makes them feel less important and more likely to question why you didn’t return their call for 24 hours or why you missed a deadline.

Give every client your complete, undivided attention. Slow down. Ask about their weekend. And don’t complain about being busy.
